Meet Your Owners

Tracy Jacobs and Cheryl Duran are the owners of 137 Events. They proudly grew up in Exeter and graduated from Exeter High School. These sisters are thankful for the excellent education that they received, and they attribute their work ethic and many views of life to growing up in the small, quaint town of Exeter. They also have fond memories of growing up as daughters of downtown Exeter merchants. They remember writing up tickets for customers, playing games and watching TV in the basement, and their father pushing them down the alley to name a few.  They had much joy climbing up rocky hill, and walking through the wild poppies with their family. With over 40 years of combined experience in food service and event coordination, these small town sisters have returned to open up 137 Events.
